Shipping & Handling Policies

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. If an order is placed Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped the following Monday. Should there be a delay in shipment, you will be promply notified. Our standard shipping is via USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS or Fed Ex.

If your order totals:

Up to $25.00 add $4.95
$25.01 to $50.00 add $5.95
$50.01 to $125.00 add $7.95
$125.01 and up FREE Standard Shipping
For Priority Mail add $2.00.
For 2nd Day Air add $10.00.
For Overnight add $25.00.

Sales Tax

Florida residents will be charged sales tax on all non food items. If a gift basket is purchased with food and non food items, sales tax will be charged on the entire gift basket. The Florida Department of Revenue requires we charge sales tax on the full amount of non food items including shipping and handling charges.

Gifts

On gift orders, we can wrap most gifts, as well as, send a personalized message for an additional $5.00 per item. Just be sure and let us know how you want your personalized message to read.

Guarantee

We at Tantalizing Tea want you pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not your are not completely satisified, you may return the item for a full refund or credit, less shipping and any used portion, within 30 days. If return is due to our error, shipping will be refunded as well. Please contact us for arranging return. If shipment arrives damaged, we must be contacted immediately in order for a claim to be filed.We encourage our customers to order samples of our teas. It is a great way to see if you like the tea before orderiing larger quantities.
