Shipping & Handling Policies
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. If an order is placed Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped the following Monday. Should there be a delay in shipment, you will be promptly notified. Our standard shipping method is via USPS (United States Postal Service).

All information submitted by our customers will be held in strictest confidence and be used only by Tantalizing Tea to process orders, and to keep our customers informed of product updates and special offers. Returns
Our customer's complete satisfaction is very important to us.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product, up to 30 days from purchase date, and get a full refund or replacement. Please contact us by email at info@tantalizingtea.com or call us toll free at 888.223.9832 for arranging return.
Sample Bag Orders
We encourage our customers to order samples of our teas. It is a great way to see if you like the tea before ordering larger quantities. However, due to the pricing offered on our sample bags, there is a maximum of 5 total sample bags per order.
Sales Tax (Florida Residents)
Florida residents will be charged sales tax on all non food items. If a gift basket is purchased with food and non food items, sales tax will be charged on the entire gift basket. The Florida Department of Revenue requires we charge sales tax on the full amount of non food items including shipping and handling charges.
