Gai Wan translates "covered bowl" and was first created during the Ming Dynasty. Perfect and often preferred for steeping more delicate teas such green and white tea. Also, often used to steep multiple infusion teas such as oolong and aromatic teas such as jasmine. Dishwasher and microwave safe. Capacity 4 ounces.
